Visiting Parties Information

To book an Outing at Winterfield or just a round of golf for yourself and a friend is very easy.

All you need to do is phone the Pro-Shop on 01368 863562 where my staff or I will check for availability and take all your details. Individual Tee Times can be booked 1 Week in advance, It is recommended that you try and do this to ensure the time you would like to play.

We have a Special offer of 1 FREE for every 10 in your Party .... GOLF ONLY

If you are a larger Party or Society we will then send a booking form out to you, at which time we will require Deposits of £3 per Head for Golf and £3 per Head for meals.

Once we have received your Deposits we will then send out further forms for you to pay the Balance which will become due 10 days before your Outing date. In most cases it can be arranged for you to pay the balance on the day.

Secure visitors locker rooms are available for each party that comes to Winterfield so you can be safe in the knowledge that your valuable clubs and personal belongings are locked away.
